Their quality is alright for the price, some arrived unattached or darker in color. I found that I could glue the berries on each stem together so they are not "dangling" off. I have ordered several times and usually receive high quality products, but had an issue with an order and was sent additional items to make up for it.

A little fragile but is exactly what I needed to complete my \"winter\" arrangement and it will look good. Customer Service was the best and most attentive that I have ever experienced. I will definitely order again. Thanks so much!
