Arrived in perfect condition. The scent did wear off quickly. (Editors note: The scent of lavender can be refreshed by refrigerating it or spritzing it with water....it is the moisture evaporation that gives off the scent...when they get too dry, they just need a bit of moisture absorbed back in}

size of the heads is so varied. other lavender i have ordered are uniform size your photos are good. you offer many products to choose from

they smelled terrific but i thought there would be more in the bundle

Not as full as I pictured, but I was still pleased. The service was very good. I pictured the products as being a little bit fuller than they were. However, they will work very nicely. They were packed well and the delivery was quick.
