This lavender had a good strong scent, though not too strong, as some I\'ve gotten has had. The quantity of four ounces also was just right. It\'s been four months since I purchased this batch of lavender and I just used the last of it to make lavender oil according to a recipe of Hildegard of Bingen who was just canonized as a Dr. of the Church (whatever that means!
